PORK CHOP - POTATO BAKE 
5 med. potatoes, peeled
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
6 med.-lg. pork chops
1 (or 2) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water

Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch slices. Place in large buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and onion. Brown chops in skillet; place over potatoes. Pour soup over chops; pour water over soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-2 hours. May substitute different cream soup if desired. Serves 6.
