ROAST POTATOES 
1/2 c. butter
8 large baking potatoes
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. chicken broth

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 1 3/4 inch baking pan. Pare potatoes and roll in butter to coat well. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake, uncovered one hour. Turn potatoes. Add chicken broth. Bake one hour longer, turning several times.
