BETH'S HAM AND CHEESE BISCUITS 
3 pkgs. Pepperidge Farm party rolls
10 slices Swiss cheese, cut into 60 sm. pieces
Boiled ham slices (9 slices, 1 oz. per slice, cut into 60 sm. pieces)

SAUCE:

2 sticks butter
1 med. onion, finely grated
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. poppy seed

Melt and mix well all sauce ingredients. It will be thin. Split rolls. Spread sauce on both sides. Place ham and cheese between slices. Cover pan filled with stuffed biscuits with foil. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Yields 60 small biscuits. May be frozen.
