BUFFET POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. frozen hash browns 1/2 c. melted butter 1 pt. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. corn flake crumbs 1/4 c. melted butter Combine potatoes with 1/2 cup butter; stir in rest of ingredients. Top with crumbs and 1/4 cup butter. Cover with foil; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncover and bake 20 minutes longer. 12 servings. |
