CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (6-8 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2 c. cream style corn
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped jalepeno pepper
4 slices American cheese

Brown meat in skillet until all red is gone. Drain meat and mix in the onions and jalepeno pepper. Meanwhile, beat 2 eggs and add to cornbread mix along with the milk and 1 cup of corn. Mix until moistened.
