RED FLANNEL HASH 
2 or 3 lg. beets, cooked
1 lg. onion
Fat from meat or bacon
2 or 3 cooked potatoes
1 1/2 cooked meat, chopped

Chop potatoes, beets and onion. If cooked meat is not available, fry bacon and crumble it when crisp. Put vegetables in hot fat in large skillet; brown until crisp and turn over, adding meat or bacon. Serves 4.
