CROCK POT POTATOES 
1 1/2 lbs. sm. potatoes
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. snipped chives
2 heads fresh dill, snipped
Salt & pepper

Wash potatoes. Peel strip around centers of potatoes. Put potatoes in crock pot. Add water. Cover and cook on high 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Drain well. In saucepan, heat butter with next 4 ingredients. Pour mixture over potatoes. Toss until thoroughly coated. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
