CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE | |
1 head cabbage, cut in bite-size pieces 1 small onion, chopped 1 cup rice (instant) 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup 1 can water (use empty soup can) 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained 1 (15 oz.) can sauerkraut Fry sausage and drain. In a medium casserole dish, place cabbage, onion, rice, soup, water and sauerkraut. Mix well. Add sausage. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes without lid. Reduce oven to 350°F for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes and serve. |
