CASSEROLE CABBAGE ROLLS | |
1 lb. ground chuck 1 chopped onion 1/4 tsp. salt 3 c. coarsely shredded cabbage 1/8 tsp. pepper 3 tbsp. raw long grain rice 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup 1 soup can water Brown ground chuck with onion. Drain. Add salt, pepper and rice. Add soup and water; mix well. Put cabbage into a greased baking dish. Pour meat mixture evenly over the raw cabbage. DO NOT STIR. Bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Good reheated. |
