Brown 1 1/2 lb. ground beef and 1 chopped onion in a skillet. Salt and drain grease. 1 head cabbage, chopped as for frying. Place 1/2 of chopped cabbage into a large casserole dish. Add a layer of the browned meat over the cabbage. Add a layer of 1/2 cup Minute rice (If you use regular rice, pre-cook it!). Sprinkle sparingly, like salting, with cinnamon. (You can use more, do it to your taste.) Add the rest of the cabbage. Pour 1 can tomatoes (chopped) with the juice over the top. Place 2 strips of raw bacon, cut up, on top (optional). Cover and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees in the oven.
