ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 head cabbage, shredded
2 pkg. Oriental chicken flavored Ramen noodles (reserve flavor pkg.)
4 green onions, sliced thinly

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 pkg. seasoning mix (from noodles)

SEEDS:

3/4 c. toasted sunflower seeds
1 c. toasted almonds (sliced)

Shred cabbage. Add onions and noodles (crushed). Mix well. Cover and set in refrigerator 1 hour before serving (no longer).

Mix dressing thoroughly and refrigerate.

Toast seeds and almonds on a baking sheet for 7 minutes at 350 degrees. No longer and be sure to stir them around. They burn easily. Just before serving, toss cabbage, dressing and nuts.
