BLACK BOTTOM CUP CAKES 
1 c. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chip bits
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cheese, egg, sugar and salt. Beat well until creamy. Stir in chocolate chip bits. Set aside. Mix remaining dry ingredients and then add remaining wet ingredients. Beat until well blended. Fill paper cups 1/3 full of batter. Drop 1 teaspoon of other mixture on top in the middle of batter. Bake 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
