BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 to 2 lbs. steak, cut in chunks, or hamburger
1 onion
1 can consomme
Mushrooms
1 container sour cream

Dredge meat in flour. Cook onion in oil; then add meat. Place in baking dish and add consomme. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir in sour cream and mushrooms. Heat through for 10 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
