BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
6 slices bread, cubed
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Fry bacon; drain and break into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
