BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 eggs, well beaten
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bread, cubed
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. pork sausage or ham

Cook and drain sausage (or cube ham). Mix well with all other ingredients. Pour into well-greased 9x13 pan. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
