DOVE JAMBALAYA 
12 dove
2 onions, chopped
3 pods garlic, chopped
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
3 c. rice, cooked

Brown doves in oil and remove. Saute onions and garlic. Return doves to pot and add cream or mushroom soup. Cook 5 minutes on high. Reduce heat and cover with water. Cook until doves are tender. Let water cook down and add rice; mix well. Add seasoning to taste.
