DOVES FORT RILEY FASHION 
8 doves, dressed and drawn
Salt and pepper
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/2 (6-8 oz.) jar currant jelly
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook seasoned doves in butter until each is beautifully browned. Add jelly and Worcestershire sauce. This will take about 20 to 30 minutes. Cover and cook slowly, approximately 30 minutes. Turn birds and cook another 15 to 30 minutes, according to the size of the doves.
