SALMON LOAF 
1 (16 oz.) salmon
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2/3 c. skim milk
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all nine ingredients. Mix well. Press into loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees, 45-50 minutes.
