SALMON LOAF | |
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) red salmon with juice 1 egg, beaten with 1 c. milk 1 chopped onion 24 crushed saltines Salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients together. Put in greased loaf pan. Sprinkle additional crushed saltines on top. Top with 3 to 4 dabs of butter. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until browned. |
