BAKED SALMON LOAF | |
15 1/2 oz. can red or pink salmon, drained 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1/4 c. skimmed evaporated milk 2 egg whites 1 tsp. dill seed 1 c. toasted bread crumbs (about 2 slices) Mix all the above ingredients well. Use your hands to form one loaf, and place that loaf in a Pyrex or tin loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes. Slice and serve warm. Serves 4. |
