BAKED SALMON LOAF 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1 (10 oz.) can condensed vegetable soup
2 c. very fine cracker crumbs
1 onion, finely chopped or grated
1 lg. egg

Flake salmon, crushing bones. Mix (including salmon liquid) with remaining ingredients. Pack into greased loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven of 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Serve hot with tartar sauce (or cold). White sauce is also very good over salmon.
