BAKED SALMON 
1 small whole salmon (or section of larger one)
2 lemons, sliced
Garlic slices
Lemon pepper seasoning
Heinz 57 Sauce
2 medium onions, sliced
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
Sprinkle of salt

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Cut fish along backbone and lay flat in foil lined pan. Sauté onion slices in butter. Poke garlic slices into fish. Add lemon pepper seasoning and Heinz 57 sauce. Sprinkle with brown sugar and salt. Cover with sautéed onions and lemon slices. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven until near done. Remove foil to brown.
