SWEET - SOUR ASPARAGUS 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 1/2 c. cooked cut asparagus

Heat oil in a large skillet; add flour and stir until smooth. Add brown sugar, salt, vinegar and cinnamon. Cover and cook until liquid is reduced about 2/3. Add asparagus and simmer for 5 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
