ZITI WITH ASPARAGUS 
12 oz. ziti
16 stalks asparagus
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. heavy cream
Fresh ground pepper
Salt
Good timing

Clean and break asparagus, utilizing tips. Cook ziti in boiling water per directions. Using saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Gradually stir in cheese and add cream, continuing to sit over heat until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Steam asparagus tips until al dente. Strain ziti, add asparagus and pour sauce over top. Add a blessing. Serves four people.
