CHEESE AND POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. pkg. frozen hashed browns, partially thawed 2 (10 oz.) cans Cheddar cheese soup 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 can French fried onion rings Salt and pepper to taste Combine partially frozen hashed browns, soup, milk and half of the onion rings. Salt and pepper as desired. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan or casserole. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with remaining onions before serving. |
