IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE
1 lb. cooked ground beef 1 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. shredded cheese 1 1/2 c. milk 3/4 c. Bisquick 3 eggs Mix all the ingredients together and pour in a 9 x 11 baking pan (sprayed with nonstick oil). Bake at 400 degrees 30 to 40 minutes.

I use taco seasoning and green chili's and my goodness it has been a family favorite for 20 years and you would think after that long I would remember the milk to bisquick and egg ratio :)
