TANGY - SWEET MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. minced parsley
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well; shape into 1 inch balls, and brown in butter. Drain meatballs on paper towels, and place in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine preserves and barbecue sauce; mix well, and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen.
