HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. milk

Mix all together and shape into 1 large loaf or 2 smaller ones.

Sauce:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. sherry wine

Mix together in a saucepan and boil for 2 minutes. Pour sauce over ham loaf.

Bake in a 350°F oven for 2 hours. Baste every 20 minutes. This is a very old recipe, and Joe, Julie and Brent have always enjoyed this. It has always been a favorite of theirs.
