HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground lean ham
1 lb. ground lean pork
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. onion, minced (optional)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Topping:

1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, mix ham, pork, eggs, onions, bread crumbs, milk, brown sugar, mustard, pepper and salt. Spoon into the greased loaf pan.

Combine topping ingredients and spread on top of meat mixture.

Bake for 1 hour or until completely done.
