CHICKEN DIVAN 
(cooked ahead of time) 8 boneless chicken breasts (cooked ahead of time)

SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken stock
1/4 c. crumbled bleu cheese
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Paprika, salt & pepper

Melt butter and blend in flour; stir constantly while adding stock and cook until thickened. Add bleu cheese and marjoram and season to taste. Fold in whipping cream.

Place broccoli in flat dish; cover with half of sauce. Add Parmesan cheese to sauce. Place chicken on top of broccoli. Add remainder of sauce; top with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
