CHOCOLATE LAYER PIE 
PART I:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter; mix flour and nuts. Pour butter on mix. Spread in Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool crust.

PART II:

1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip

Blend ingredients together and spread on the cooled crust.

PART III:

2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Blend together. Spread over second layer.

PART IV:

Spread rest of Cool Whip on top.
