PISTACHIO BREAD 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Butter cake mix
1 sm. pkg. pistachio instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. water

Make a mixture of 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 cup chopped nuts; set aside. Put the first 6 ingredients together and blend well.

Grease 2 large loaf pans or 5 small ones, and pour 1/2 of batter on the bottom of pans, then some sugar mixture, then the rest of the batter and more sugar mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
