PISTACHIO BREAD 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream

Mix batter well, pour 1/3 batter into 2 loaf pans.

FILLING:

1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Sprinkle filling over batter, then add remaining batter over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
