PISTACHIO BREAD 
1 1/2 pkgs. yellow cake mix
3 (3 oz.) boxes pistachio instant pudding
6 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream

TOPPING:

1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix topping ingredients together.

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Put 1/2 in half pan that is greased and floured. Sprinkle 1/4 topping over batter, put another 1/4 over cinnamon on to, sprinkle topping. Makes 2 loaves of bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
