PISTACHIO BREAD | |
1 pkg. yellow cake with pudding in the mix 1 box instant pistachio pudding 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. oil 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1/2 tsp. almond extract FILLING: 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix pudding and cake mixes. Add remaining ingredients. Beat 2 minutes. Put half the batter in 2 greased and floured 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 3/4" loaf pans. Mix filling and sprinkle over dough in pans. Cover with rest of batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. |
