PISTACHIO BREAD 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/8 c. water
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. maraschino cherries, chopped

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 4 small loaf pans that have been greased and dusted with a cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Freezes well.
