PISTACHIO NUT BREAD | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. pistachio pudding 4 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. cooking oil 1/4 c. water 4 tbsp. brown sugar 4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped nuts Combine eggs, sour cream, oil and water. Mix thoroughly, add cake and pudding mix and beat together. Pour 1/2 batter into 2 loaf pans which have been lined with wax paper. On top sprinkle 1/2 of the mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Cover with remainder of cake batter and top with other half of sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
