PISTACHIO NUT BREAD 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/4 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix first 6 ingredients. Pour 1/2 of mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Mix together cinnamon, brown sugar, and nuts. Sprinkle 1/2 of brown sugar mixture into batter and swirl with a knife being careful not to touch sides or bottom.

Pour remaining batter over the first layer. Sprinkle with other half of brown sugar mix and swirl again. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
