PISTACHIO BREAD 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding)
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. water

STREUSEL MIX:

4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, water, oil, and sour cream. Add cake and pudding mixes. Pour half of batter into two greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with half of the streusel. Top with remaining batter; then the remaining streusel. Bake 40 minutes.
