This recipe is spot on. My girlfriend just vetoed my plans to make pad thai chicken, so I decided to do a chicken salad instead - but I was out of any dressing. So I googled 'homemade caesar dressing' and this came up. I was surprised to find I had all the ingredients and was delighted that this worked so well and tasted great!

When I 1st saw this recipe, I was quick to dismiss it, but as it was the fastest, I decided to give it a try. Not as bad as I expected. Not as amazing as the other reviewers claimed either though. I added a little bit of Thai fish sauce for anchovy, that worked over well.

I'm 14 years old, and I love ceasar dressing. But my mom loves thousand island = Gross (too sweet). So tonight for dinner I decided to make my own dressing so I looked though and I'm glad I did this recipe. I had my doubts but its amazing. I added more milk and more salt and pepper. ;)

Doubled the recipe for 17 (only 12 were able to come to dinner because of weather). I did add 1 extra garlic clove, about a tablespoon minced anchovies and about 1/2 cup extra milk. 12 people devoured the best Caeser salad any of us ever had. Thank you.

I don't think I can get a worcestershire here. Can this dressing do without it?

This is a great base recipe. The ingredients are great. I did have to play around with it to get the taste I was looking for. I used fish sauce instead of the W. because it is a little more traditional tasting. I used more of everything except the mayo, salt and pepper. It was really good and authentic.

Ok, I never comment on the recipes I try - good or bad - but I just had to on this! It is so good, I didn't know it was so easy to create that Caesar taste. Combined this with chopped romaine, chicken, and a tortilla to make a Chicken Caesar Wrap! Thank you for sharing!!

I will never buy Caesar salad dressing from the store again - this was delicious. Added a bit more garlic, milk, and lemon juice than the recipe called for, and also added a teaspoon or two of anchovy paste for the kick. Deeeeeeeelicious.

I love this recipe, Quick and easy to make. I ran out of the Kraft brand of Caesar dressing so found this. Tastes very close to the Kraft brand and costs alot less. Thank you for posting this. YUMMMMY
