SALMON MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
Liquid from tall can salmon
1 tall can salmon
Grated cheddar cheese

Prepare a thin white sauce, cook until slightly thickened. Place salmon on bottom of buttered casserole. Be sure to remove skin and bones from salmon. Pour white sauce over salmon. Top with mashed potatoes. Cover potatoes with grated cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until brown.

Serves 4 to 6.
