CURRY DIP FOR VEGETABLES 
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. tarragon vinegar
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Mix all ingredients and chill for 2 or more hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with raw cauliflower and broccoli florets, carrot and celery sticks, mushroom caps, cucumber slices and bell pepper strips arranged around a small bowl of dip on a tray.
