HANNAH'S FRESH SPINACH HUMMUS 
This is a great snack or appetizer and tastes great with pitas.

2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (12 oz.) container artichoke hearts
3 tbsp. Tahini
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans chickpeas
1 (10 oz.) box frozen spinach (thawed)

Blend HALF of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pour into a Tupperware style container. Blend the other half and also pour into container. Refrigerate.
