GRATIN DAUPHINOIS | |
1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 16 oz. peeled tomatoes 6 slices uncooked bacon 6 to 7 med. potatoes, uncooked 2 to 3 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. milk Spread butter in 13x9x2 inch casserole dish. Slice raw potatoes thinly on bottom over butter. Layer with cheese, pieces of bacon, canned tomatoes and top with cheese. Pour milk over mixture. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
