AU GRATINS FIESTA 
1 box au gratin potatoes
2 c. boiling water
1 can (8 oz.) whole tomatoes, drained and cut up
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Empty potatoes into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with sauce mix. Stir in water thoroughly. Mix in remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender, 35-40 minutes. Garnish with chopped green pepper if desired. 6 servings.
