SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, diced
1 c. sweet pepper, diced
1 carrot, diced

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water

Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over kraut mixture. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
