SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. salad oil

Mix ingredients together and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
