QUICK 'N EASY CASSEROLE 
(Mix and match the ingredients you like best with 1 cup of Minute Rice).

FROZEN VEGETABLES:

Chopped spinach
Peas
Cut green beans
Chopped broccoli

1 CUP, DICED COOKED MEAT:

Ham
Frankfurters
Turkey
Chicken

1 CAN CONDENSED CREAM SOUP:

Mushroom
Celery
Chicken

1 CUP LIQUID:

Sour cream
Milk

1 CUP CHEESE:

Swiss
American
Mozzarella
Cheddar

FLAVOR ADDITION:

1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. green pepper
1 med. onion

TO PREPARE IN THE OVEN: Place vegetables in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes to partially thaw. Stir in rice, chicken, soup, liquid, half the cheese and the flavor addition; then sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Makes 4 servings.

TO PREPARE IN A SKILLET: Thaw vegetable in skillet over low heat, separating with fork. Stir in half the cheese and the remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir; sprinkle with remaining cheese.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Place frozen vegetable in 1 1/2 quart nonmetal baking dish. Cook at high for 2 minutes to partially thaw. Stir in half the cheese and the remaining ingredients. Cook 6 minutes. Stir; sprinkle with remaining cheese and cook 5 minutes longer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
