OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg., unpeeled potatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Arrange potato wedges in shallow pan. Mix ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, brushing occasionally.
