OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. unpeeled baking potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika

Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in 2 shallow baking pans. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown, brushing occasionally with oil mixture. 8 servings.
